1. Payment

Augustsen København accepts the following payment options (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Apple Pay & Google Pay).

Payment will only be deducted when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT. Augustsen København uses shopify payment, which encrypts all credit cart informations.

2. Delivery

Augustsen København uses shipping with Post Nord og GLS. Delivery is expected within 3-7 weekdays. There is free delivery on all orders. 

3. Return

There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased at augustsen.com 

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us in writing no later than 14 days after delivery, after which the item must be in our hands no later than 14 days after the information about the return takes place. Attention is drawn to the fact that the purchase cannot be canceled by refusing to receive the item.

Notification of cancellation must be made by email to info@augustsen.dk 

Return costs are borne by the buyer.

It is recommended to use our return portal, where you can order a return label from PostNord or GLS. The amount will be deducted from the total return amount.

 Return procedure:

  1. Go to the return portal
  2. Enter your details
  3. Select the products to be returned
  4. Print cancellation form and return label
  5. Pack the products securely in original packaging
  6. Place the return label on the box and hand it in at the nearest Post Nord or GLS parcel shop. (See delivery location)
  7. When we have received your package, a confirmation will be sent after which the purchase price will be refunded.

The customer is responsible for proper packaging and that the package is delivered correctly to a Post Nord or GLS parcel shop, and documentation in the form of a receipt and tracking number.

4. Condition of the item upon return

The customer is liable for any reduction in value of the product if the customer has treated the product in a way that is not appropriate in accordance with what is necessary to determine the product's nature, properties and the way it functions.

In relation to this, Augustsen København reserves the right to set off the depreciation in the amount returned.

It is up to Augustsen København to assess the condition of the goods.

The customer has the right to inspect the goods in the same way as in a physical store. All products must be returned in the same original packaging.

The customer must pay for the return himself, unless the "return form" is used.

The customer is liable for damage to the products or if they disappear in connection with transport.

If the purchase is cancelled, the total purchase amount is refunded to the same means of payment that was used for the original transaction.

In the event of a return, Augustsen København has the right to withhold payment until the item has been received, unless documentation is sent for the return. In case of depreciation, the amount the customer is liable for is deducted.

5. Right of complaint

When purchasing goods, you have a 2-year right to complain.

In the event of defects, the consumer must contact Augustsen København within a reasonable time after the consumer has discovered the defect.

A complaint that appears within months of the consumer discovering the defect is always timely.

In the event of a defect, the consumer is entitled to a free remedy (replacement) or exchange for an identical fault-free product.

The consumer basically chooses between remedy or replacement

If you wish to advertise a given product, contact customer service info@augustsen.dk, where the respective defects are explained in detail.

In the event of a justified complaint, Augustsen København will bear the associated shipping costs. Remember the receipt for dispatch, so that it can be proven that the item has been sent back.

When exchanging an item, the return guide must be followed, after which the desired products must be ordered online.

If there should be any complaints about a product purchased from Augustsen København, contact can be made to customer service in Augustsen Copenhagen via info@augustsen.dk
